The LearningForce at State Fair Community College is now accepting registrations for its Fall 2026 Open Enrollment Workforce Training schedule, offering a wide variety of professional development opportunities designed to help individuals and organizations build new skills, enhance existing skills, strengthen leadership, and stay competitive in today's workforce.

This fall's lineup features instructor-led training in leadership and professional development, workplace skills, artificial intelligence, technical training, and workplace safety. Whether participants are preparing for a leadership role, enhancing technical expertise, improving Microsoft Excel skills, or exploring the practical applications of artificial intelligence, The LearningForce offers training that delivers real-world value.

Several leadership, professional development, and AI trainings are also being offered in partnership with the Missouri Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to support entrepreneurs, small business owners, and their employees.
 
Most trainings are held in person on SFCC's Sedalia or Clinton campuses, with select trainings offered virtually to provide additional flexibility.
 
Registration is now open. Seats are limited and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Organizations may register up to five employees per training. Organizations interested in registering additional employees are encouraged to contact The LearningForce to discuss classroom availability or customized training options tailored to their workforce needs.
